What the session includes
Each Power Of Reiki session begins with a one-on-one consultation to understand your intentions and comfort levels. The practitioner channels universal Reiki energy while you rest, using hands-on or hands-above techniques as appropriate. The ritual component precedes a Yoni steam and a guided meditation, all experienced while laying on a jade bed designed to support relaxation and stillness.
The Yoni steam is offered as part of the ritual and is integrated with care during the session. It follows the consultation so the practitioner can tailor the approach to your comfort and intentions. Because sessions include a guided meditation while on the jade bed, breathing and relaxation are emphasized to help you remain present throughout the experience.
Role of crystals and aromatherapy
Crystals are placed and used intentionally during the session to provide a physical focus for energetic work. Practitioners select stones in response to the consultation; those choices aim to support emotional states such as love, compassion, or self-acceptance. Clients commonly notice the presence of shape, weight, and color as elements that help them tune inward during guided meditation.
Aromatherapy scents are introduced alongside crystals to gently influence mood and breathing during the guided meditation. Scents are chosen based on the consultation so they complement your goals without overwhelming the space. In Roseville’s seasonal climate, lighter floral or grounding earthy blends are options practitioners may prefer for comfort during winter and summer sessions.
Local practical considerations
SageIT Holistic Healing sits on the 13 Mile and Little Mack corridor, easily reached from I-696, I-94, Gratiot Avenue and Little Mack Avenue. Clients from Roseville, Fraser, Eastpointe, Saint Clair Shores, Warren and Clinton Township often schedule around work or errands along the 13 Mile and Gratiot corridors, making appointments convenient to combine with shopping or dining.
Seasonal demand peaks in January, February and December as people pursue New Year resets, heart-centered self-care, or year-end stress relief. Winter travel and Detroit-area weather can affect timing, so we recommend booking early during those months and allowing extra travel time. Flexible scheduling helps commuters who rely on the area’s retail corridors and highway access.
