Consultation and session planning
Every Fibroid Yoni Steam Package begins with a private consultation where you and the practitioner review your menstrual history, current symptoms, and any contraindications. This intake shapes herb selection, safety considerations, and whether the oxygen bar and guided meditation are appropriate; it’s a decision made case-by-case rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Scheduling accounts for local routines: many clients book around errands or work on the 13 Mile and Gratiot corridors, and Roseville’s easy highway access supports flexible timing. Note that January, February, and September are busiest months due to New Year and back-to-routine wellness priorities, so plan ahead for appointments during those periods.
The steaming and herbal tea
The yoni steam itself uses carefully chosen herbs delivered as a warm steam that bathes the external vaginal area; the practitioner monitors temperature and client comfort throughout. In the Fibroid package this steaming is paired with a special fibroid herbal tea blend provided during or after the session as part of the overall support approach.
During the session a guided meditation and access to the oxygen bar are offered to deepen relaxation and perceived energy. Local clients often describe feeling relaxed, lighter, or energized after similar treatments; these subjective outcomes help many people feel pampered, though individual responses vary and no clinical outcome is guaranteed.
Guided meditation and oxygen bar
Many SageIT clients who try yoni steaming describe it as delightful and energizing, an experience that complements reflexology and other treatments. Separately, clients receiving reflexology and detox services have reported reduced swelling, less tightness, and notable tension relief — outcomes that shape how we sequence steaming with feet or lymph treatments when requested.
Steaming is conducted with continuous comfort checks and adapted when needed; if you have medical questions or complex conditions, the consultation will recommend whether steaming is appropriate or if referral is better. We prioritize gentle, client-led pacing and avoid promising specific medical improvements.
